A Latin block tells you nothing about how a layout copes with Japanese or Arabic. Here you can test with the real thing.
Right-to-left included
Arabic output is marked as RTL, in the box and in the exported HTML, so the direction is part of the test.
Repeatable output
A seed makes the text deterministic: the same seed gives byte-for-byte the same paragraphs.
Exact counts
Ask for 240 characters or 75 words and that is what you get, trimmed cleanly rather than rounded to a sentence.

Is my data sent to any server?+
No. The word lists ship with the page and the text is built in your browser. Nothing is fetched, uploaded or stored.
Why offer scripts other than Latin?+
Because a layout only proves itself against the text it will really carry. Japanese and Chinese break lines between characters, Arabic is written right to left, Hindi puts marks above the line, and Russian words run longer than English ones. Lorem ipsum hides all four problems.
What is the seed for?+
It makes the output repeatable. With a seed, the same settings always produce byte-for-byte the same text, which is what you want for a screenshot you may need to retake or a test fixture that must not drift between runs.
Do I really get the exact number of words I asked for?+
Yes. Word and character counts are trimmed to the number you typed rather than rounded up to the end of a sentence, and the trailing comma is cleaned up so the result still reads as a sentence.
Can I get HTML instead of plain text?+
Yes — HTML with real p, h2, h3 and ul tags, or Markdown with the same structure. Turn on headings and lists and you get an article-shaped mock-up instead of one grey block. Arabic output carries dir="rtl" so the direction survives the paste.
