Custom QR codes that are proven to scan
A styled QR code is worthless if a phone cannot read it, and most generators let you build one without ever telling you. QRBolt sets the error correction to match your logo, keeps the ISO quiet zone, warns you when the contrast is too low, and then decodes the finished image back to prove the whole thing works.
The only check that counts
Press one button and the exported PNG goes through a real QR decoder. If it comes back with exactly the text you typed, it scans. If it does not, you are told why: too little contrast, an inverted code, or a logo bigger than the error correction can rebuild.

Frequently asked questions
QAre these QR codes static or dynamic?+
Static. The data lives inside the code itself, so it never expires, needs no subscription, and does not travel through anyone's redirect server. The trade-off is the honest one: you cannot change where it points after printing it.
QHow do I know it will really scan?+
Press "Check that it scans". The exported PNG is run through a real QR decoder in your browser and compared with what you typed. A pass means a camera can read it; a fail tells you which of contrast, inversion or logo size caused it.
QWhy does my logo break the code?+
A logo hides part of the pattern, and only the error-correction blocks can rebuild it. Level H recovers about 30% of the code, Q about 25%. Leave the level on Auto and it switches to H as soon as the logo needs it; the tool also warns you when the logo grows past what can be recovered.
QWhat is the quiet zone and why is it set to 4?+
It is the empty margin around the code. The ISO standard asks for four modules, because scanners need that blank border to find where the code begins. Codes exported with no margin frequently fail against a textured or coloured background.
QWhich format should I download?+
SVG for anything that will be printed or resized — it is vector, so it stays sharp at any size. PNG at 1024 or 2048 px for the web and for apps that cannot take SVG. JPEG only if something forces you to; it is lossy and cannot hold a transparent background.
QCan I add any logo format?+
PNG, JPEG, WebP and SVG all work, up to 2 MB. You can also pick a brand preset, or send a cutout over from the background remover without saving it first.
QHow does the WiFi QR code work?+
iOS and Android camera apps recognise the WIFI: format and offer to join the network with the credentials in the code, with no typing. Remember that anyone who photographs the code has your password, so treat a printed one like a written-down key.
