WhiteboardFlow
Drag sticky notes anywhere on an infinite canvas, or snap them back into Kanban lanes. Connect them, undo anything, and export to PNG, SVG, JSON or Markdown — all inside your browser.
Start a board
Export the board
SVG keeps the text as real vector text. JSON reopens in this board. Markdown gives you a checklist per lane.
How it works
1Start blank, or from a template
Four starters, or an empty board. Nothing is applied until you pick one.
2Write, drag, connect
Notes go anywhere. Drag the handle onto another note to link them. Works with a finger too.
3Undo anything
Every move, colour and delete is one step back. Hold H to see the board as it exports.
4Take it with you
PNG, vector SVG, JSON to reopen, Markdown to paste — or send it to another tool.
What it actually does
A real canvas
Pan, zoom to the cursor and place notes anywhere — or snap them back into lanes.
Works with a finger
Drag, pinch to zoom and edit on a phone. No mouse-only drag-and-drop.
Nothing is lost
Undo and redo across 200 steps, and a reset you can take back.
Four ways out
PNG at 1x-3x, real vector SVG, JSON that reopens, and Markdown checklists.
Stays on your device
The board is stored in your browser and never uploaded anywhere.
Hands off to other tools
Send the board straight into Cropsnap, CompressSnap or Meme-Bolt.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my board sent to any server?+
No. Everything runs inside your browser and nothing is uploaded. The board is stored locally in IndexedDB on your own device.
Is my board still there when I come back?+
Yes. It is saved in your browser as you work, so reloading or reopening the tab on the same device and browser brings it back. Clearing your browsing data deletes it.
Does it work on a phone?+
Yes. Dragging, pinch-to-zoom and editing all work with a finger. It does not rely on mouse-only HTML drag-and-drop, which is why it works where most browser whiteboards do not.
How do I get the board out?+
Four ways: PNG at 1x to 3x, a real vector SVG with selectable text, JSON that reopens as an editable board, and Markdown checklists grouped by lane. You can also hand it straight to another oLoveTools tool.
Can I undo a mistake?+
Yes, up to 200 steps with Ctrl+Z, including clearing the board. Every move, colour change, link and deletion is one step back.
